Hey Jim,
Congrats on starting the Atkins. Now is a good time to do it, because more restaurants are adding low-carb items to their menus. I read recently that TGI Friday's has added 9 low carb items to their menu. And many supermarkets are putting low-carb items on the shelves (Safeway just started carrying a low carb bread... 6 grams per slice).
Good luck with your diet. The first couple weeks are a bit tough... you have to be very strict. But you'll see the results soon.
